BNHC marked a year of renovation and innovation in 2023.
We opened our first BNHC Pharmacy. We adopted a new medical records system that allows patients to connect, directly, with their providers. And we expanded what we offer across the board, especially in the areas of Behavioral Health, Substance Use, Dental, Vision, Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases and Adult Medicine. We did all of this while adopting the new Epic/MyChart health care records system, which allows patients easy online access to their providers, records, test results and more. Through all the renovation and innovation, our record growth continued — we now, proudly, serve close to 39,000 patients annually in Greater Brockton. We won’t stop — more projects and plans are under way to better serve you and your families. But we will pause, briefly, to reflect on all that we accomplished in 2023 with the BNHC Year in Review — and to wish you and yours a happy, healthy 2024!
