Our mission:

J’hony Regis, NP, and a patient after his recent physical.

Brockton Neighborhood Health Center is a multicultural organization that collaborates with community agencies and residents to provide high quality comprehensive health care that is responsive to community health needs and is linguistically, culturally, and financially accessible.  We are committed to health promotion and disease prevention.

Our values:

Right to the Pursuit of Good Health: We believe all individuals have a right to the pursuit of good health and to access to quality health care.

Collaboration: We own our responsibility to be part of the solution of the health issues in our community, and we recognize contributions of others. We believe that linkages are essential to quality health care and that health care needs are best met by developing a continuum of care in collaboration with community agencies and residents.

Embrace Diversity: The strength of our organization lies in the diversity of our community, patients, staff, and governing body. Our richness of ideas, cultures, perspectives, values and approaches to healthy living celebrate our community’s diversity.

Openness: We are committed to openness and integrity in management, communications, and in all our relationships. We embrace innovative approaches to addressing evolving community health issues.

Social Responsibility: We affirm our commitment to participate in strengthening the communities we serve by creating jobs, contributing to a safe environment, and participating in civic initiatives in a socially responsive manner.

Excellence in Service: We are dedicated to providing high quality health care that is delivered by committed, competent, compassionate staff who respects the dignity, privacy, and equality of each individual. We endeavor to provide a safe environment for each patient.

Excellence in Management: We are committed to efficiency, effectiveness, fiscal responsibility, and flexibility in management. We are also committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees.

Empowerment: We are committed to our role as a partner with people to realize their health potential. Education, outreach, and service are principle vehicles of this process.

Perseverance: We resolve to persevere in the accomplishment of our mission and the actualization of our shared values.

Happy 30th Birthday, BNHC!
